Pizza Bogo

I used to go to this place all the time back in the mid 2010s, and it was consistently good. I went back recently, and it has gone way downhill. Both pizzas I ordered were soggy and undercooked. The crust is way too thick and puffy, and the quality of ingredients seems lower than it was in years past. I used to love the Bombay Pizza, but this one was just made all wrong. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the service was good, and the store was clean. The pizzas were 1 star.

Had an issue and was able to speak to the owner and he is working it out with us. Sauce, cheese, and toppings are all very fresh and tasty.

just picked up our pizza , we are strictly vegitarian family . They added chicken to pizza , on top of that when we called instead of apologizing she said you should have checked it before leaving building, when yoh are out of door it is your pizza .

I have always been happy with the pizza itself. Always cooked right, and it's awesome that you can get unlimited toppings for no extra charge. The pepperoni rolls are also pretty good, but they've been cooked too long on a couple occasions.

My biggest issue is that the actual store hours are different from what they post on the website. As of right now, the Pizza Bogo website itself says the Akron location is open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from noon to 10 pm. They're actually closed for several days at the beginning of the week, don't open until 3:30 the days they are open, and close sometime around 8 or 8:30 pm. I actually had to order from a competitor once because I was unknowingly LITERALLY one minute late ordering the pizza online, and the employee over the phone didn't have an ounce of empathy to give.

I understand being in the Valley, this location probably isn't the busiest, and maybe even COVID called for a cut in hours. I get it. But take the 60 seconds to update the hours on your website, for God's sake.

Customer service and food quality are top notch everytime! Pizza Bogo offers some really unique pizza flavors too for anyone who enjoys pizza beyond pepperoni although I have to say the serious pepperoni is seriously delicious! 100% Recommend.

Ordered my pizza at 4:45pm. I was told it was going to take exactly 20 minutes. So, I arrived at 5:07p.m. Then conveniently after I paid, I was told that they made the wrong pizza and that mine would only take a few more minutes to make. Well, it's 5:30 pm and I'm still waiting.

P.S. No apology from the staff either.

I recently ordered a pizza from here and didn't have any problems with the pizza not being done when I arrived. The customer service wasn't too bad either. I enjoy Pizza Bogo's wide selection of pizzas. I have ordered from this and another Pizza Bogo store and have not yet had any problems. There's no delivery, which sucks because I usually only order a pizza when I'm being lazy. I don't want to have to go get it.

*The MIRACLE CRUST is a little more expensive than original crusts. However, there is nothing wrong with it. It doesn't taste exactly like original crust, but the taste is not too far off. It is thick as well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This isnt because I waited for an hour for my order or the fact that then I waited an additional 30 minutes in the store after my order was supposed to be read... this is because that place is FILTHY and they are NOT taking precautions against COVID19.... this place was so gross!
I watched the cashier wearing gloves take cash from a customer (YES CASH.. filthy, dirty, cash) then proceed to touch other things and walk back to the cooler and grab a head of lettuce that he held in his hands with the gloves that just touched cash.
I refused to take the food after that because gross who would!? And now they won't give me a refund.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Pizza was wonderful, and they made sure it was exactlt how I wanted it.Would 100% recommend coming here for take out!

This is easily my favorite pizza place! Creative toppings, unique combos, ridiculously huge breadsticks (4/$1!), and the woman who takes the phone orders is very sweet! Their website seems to be down each time we order, but placing a request over the phone is easy enough so I really don't mind.

My personal recommendation is the West Palm Beach - shrimp, asparagus, tomatoes, garlic, and more, it's fantastic! I'd like to try the Thai next (or any of their World pizzas really!).
