Went there to get a new tire in July left trusting their work because I've always gone to them I noticed a few things after the 2nd day on the tire it seemed like the one I went and had replaced (pot hole hit the tire at just the right angle to knock it off) I left it alone but was worried because my tire pressure light came on however it wasn't a huge deal because it was cold at the time next thing you know im on the side of the road and my tire just shaved bit off the top which I wrote this to say I've always trusted Kia's work however this time I was skeptical and my gut proved me right

Went to Kia of Vero Beach on Saturday morning 11-11-2023 from Melbourne to look at a 2022 BMW M440i Convertible.we met with Wil Bapriste who was our salesperson..Wil took the time to show us everything and a test drive and never pressured us one time..when negotiations started another gentleman Lou came and helped Wil with the paper work and helped put the deal together..then we went into the business office and met Sandro the business Manager who did the paper work and got us delivered promptly..Our experience with Kia of Vero Beach was very good and easy and would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to everyone we know...Plus we bought an Amazing BMW!!!

We just purchased the Seltos with the help of Will and had a great experience. As someone that doesn't like the pain of the car buying process, Will and Lou made it seamless. Will gave us options and helped us find something to fit our needs and budget. Nope, nope, nope , nope , nope noooooooooooooo. Will never do business here again. So many issues , from integrity to no one being accountable, phones are answered emails are not responded too. Just a mess for a dealership.

Adam helped me hop into a 2021 Kia forte with a payment in my budget. Really needed to upgrade from an older luxury vehicle to something more reliable and less expensive and they were able to help right away. Glad to know i can rely on them even further to be communicative, and available when I have questions/needed upgrades and service for my new ride. Thanks Adam, Steve and Dino for all your help!

Sad, but true. I purchased a 75K vehicle from this location 7 months ago. I intentionally took my truck back to this location so I could receive the best service. Instead I was treated worse than locations that were closer. I made an appointment online and request additional information on rather my first oil change/tire rotation would be free? The salesperson was supposed to call me back, he never did. I came to my appointment on time any way. Not only was I charged, but trash left in my car, without a courtesy car wash. I will not be back here for service or any future purchases.

Just purchased a vehicle from Kia Vero Beach. Kevin Summers was great as was John Hewitt. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Went to look at used vehicles and made appointment. Drove an hour to get there and the vehicle was nowhere in sight. I told the I wanted to trade my car in. So the immediately took my car for a inspection and and made me wait 40min before they came back with the used vehicle. I told them I wanted to buy the used vehicle and $33000 price suddenly jumped to $37000 with a $3k maintenance package they stated sold with all cars and devalued my car by $4k. They are a slimy dealer do not waste your time.

Kevin Summers was the best salesman I have ever had. Saw a truck I wanted Saturday a little after midnight. Sunday I called around 9:30am and they weren't even open. Received a message asking if I was interested in the truck. I informed him I lived in Tampa and would like a FaceTime video of the car and he accommodated me one they opened and he was able to get the keys. Next thing I drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to plan to purchase a truck.
Kevin is very respectable and reliable. He wasn't rude and took his time to talk me through the buying process since everything has changed due to inflation. I will be sending all of my family to Kevin at Kia.
