Cookies has the best staff hands down! They spent 15 minutes with me personally to find the best choice. They were very patient with my picky personality and suggested different products with the highlights of each and helped me find a perfect match for what I was looking for. Cookies staff are professional and very knowledgeable and passionate about all of their product. They also have a very generous reward program that can really save you money, which is hard to find nowadays.
I highly recommend coming here, there is everything you need from edibles to concentrates to merch.

Nice enough staff and options; don't take tap debit though just so you know it's only physical so I got turned away and their atm is a bit old school so it didnt accept my bank so that was annoying.

I can't say enough nice things about Cookies. They are worth my drive from Carmel Valley.

First is their selection of merchandise. You'll find a variety of pens, carts, and edibles ... appears to be the same case with flower, but I don't partake in that manner and cannot speak to it.

Next is pricing. If you visit before noon weekdays, there's a 20% discount. Their prices don't seem to be out of line with the local market, and for those of us in a budget -- especially new to cannabis and what works best -- this is important.

Finally, the smiles and service. It's one thing to leave a rave review based on constantly smooth service, which I'd had up until this week. On Monday I asked for a Lil Stiizy Pineapple Express all in one. The clerk held it up for me, the printing on the level is small, I saw the word "pineapple," and went home ... only to then learn I'd been given Pineapple Runtz instead. I saw that their return policy on the receipt covered only defective merchandise, so I was a little disheartened ... until I called and spoke with Michael, the manager. He apologized for the mixup and invited me to return for an exchange. This was handled smoothly and I appreciated the gesture greatly.

All I can say is best customer service ! Angel is very professional and awesome definitely a problem solver. Awesome staff ! I am a regular and always look forward to their specials and raffles.

Went in on a Saturday around 12pm. Dude did not give me the new customer discount. Had mad people waiting in line. Terrible service, do not go to this place. It is like they are stealing your money when you have to ask twice to get the right price. There are too many good stores in this town to keep a place like this in business. Just say no to Cookies bro!
