Everyone at Bell Audi was super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Jason Skolnick, who was 100% professional and provided excellent customer service even after my purchase. I had an issue with the Audi app, and although he said it might take a few days to fix, he had it resolved by the end of the same day!

Arrived to Bell Audi today to discuss equity a trade in analysis on our 2015 q5 and left happily with our CPO 2024 A3. Was looking to size down on a vehicle for better gas consumption and a sportier look. We were happily paired to work with Christine Carroll who knew exactly what this mama needed. She was able to help narrow down my search quickly and knew all the details of all the vehicles to make today's transaction smooth and easy. I've never been happier with her customer service in my many years of purchasing vehicles. Eric Feldman was able to also assist us with a great financing price making the transaction a solid one to complete the purchase. Both were knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I bought a brand new car from this dealer last year and I've regretted it ever since. I took it in and the people in the service department are rude and unprofessional. They took a picture of the loaner gas tank and told me make sure I take a pic with my camera phone that I will charged. Brand new car they told me I damaged it and it would cost $600. They called me and told me come get it when I said how is that possible? I barley drive my car. I called and escalated and they never called me back. I took my car to another Audi dealer and they said nothing was wrong with my car. This the worst car dealer ever. Stay away!

I went to on Black Friday 2024. I've been with Audi since 2017. I've been a loyal customer I entered today. They were extremely busy and a salesman named Will assisted me. I explained to him what I was looking for and my situation due to I have been in an accident and my car was totaled. He did not help me. He did not seem like he wanted to even be there. He wanted nothing more but to take my money and not help me at all. He was rude unhelpful I'm very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and I will not be going back and I love but I'll find a new Audi dealership I do not recommend you go there And if you do work with anyone other than will. If I could give this a -0 I would if you hate your job so much quit!!!

Bell Audi always does the right thing and my latest experience with them was no exception! I had to purchase a new car after my last one was deemed a total loss and Albert, the sales manager, was able to quickly locate the exact car I wanted. He always presents you with a fair price so that you don't need to waste time and energy haggling like so many other dealers. Makes the process of buying a car not just easier but actually pleasant!!
They also made sure that the CPO Audi I purchased was free of any blemishes and dents which I greatly appreciated.

I leased a brand new car from this dealer last year and I've regretted it ever since. The service department is rude and unprofessional and sales staff purposely mislead me on the features of my car. If I ever decide to lease an Audi again, it won't be from Bell. Worst car dealer I've ever dealt with by far.

I had the best experience buying my car that I absolutely love. Will Combs my salesman was absolutely one of the best, most professional and enjoyable people I've met in any business transaction. I'm a savvy car buyer and so many dealers big and small try to throw extra or hidden fees in and play games and Bell Audi did absolutely none of that nonsense. I would recommend anyone to go to Bell Audi for their used collection of cars in fantastic condition or a new Audi of course. I ended up with a low miles 2019 BMW X1 and couldn't be happier.
