Represent Oracle's Consulting Services for large Russian and CIS customers (telecom, banks) - Understand potential solution for Customer's pains from Oracle including: software, systems and consulting services - Gather requirements for their future system from business perspective and identify best-fit delivery team and Oracle solution - With escalations for Customers in case of any issues occurs during the projects I sold

- Sales of support services of IBM products in CIS countries including Republic of Kazakhstan and Republic of Belarus (remotely and mostly via channels), - Prepare proposals and contracts (to Partner or to Customer), - Price estimations. - Sales of multivendor (support for non-IBM products) support in CIS countries and managed technical support services in Russia.
