Leading service engineering to accomplish effective support of transactional services customer service objectives Driving field services fulfillment excellence, productivity and LEAN processes Managing cost control, quality, and operations-oriented customer communications Taking lead in technical aspects of customer meetings Providing the finance team with financial projections, quarterly estimating for sales & margin, resource estimates, and support and manage timely billing and receivables collection

Providing technical direction and/or project management to a team of technicians and craft labor for the maintenance and commissioning of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator equipment, GE and/or Non-GE. Providing leadership in the resolution of technical problems through interfacing with engineering department Preparing of outage reports, providing an overview of the technical findings, corrective actions and maintenance recommendations Providing leadership in on-site safety and quality systems
