Managing the marketing email sending system of CRM department. Preparing Business performance reports on Tableau from the customer and merchants data. Migration Project- Migrating the databases from MySQL to Amazon Redshift.

My core resposibilities includes providing onsite and online trainings in using BI tools (SAP WEBI, BEx Analyzer & SAP NetWeaver based in-house BI tool) to the Key users of several sites of Bombardier in Germany and abroad. Successfully developed KPIs in SAP WEBI to monitor the business processes of Supply Chain and built a Dashboard for the Financial Planning & Analysis of Cash Outflow.

Heavily involved in decision making for technical specifications of its E-commerce website and develop its NoSQL Database. Collaborated with team members to implement Elasticsearch as a solution for search engine of the website.
