Adam Sandler got his start on The Cosby Show and joined Saturday Night Live as a writer in 1990 before becoming a featured cast member. He remained on SNL for five seasons, gaining popularity for “The Thanksgiving Song,” “The Chanukah Song” and more. Sandler is also known for his roles in Billy Madison (1995), Happy Gilmore (1996), The Wedding Singer (1998), Click (2006), Grown Ups (2010) and Grown Ups 2 (2013). He has also been praised for his dramatic roles in Punch-Drunk Love (2002), Uncut Gems (2019) and Hustle (2022).

Sandler married Jackie Titone in 2003. The couple welcomed first daughter Sadie in 2006 and second daughter Sunny in 2008.
