Malfy Gin con Limone - gin from Italy, distilled with juniper and lemon
Malfy Gin con Limone is - as the name implies - distilled with sun-ripened lemons from Italy and Sicily. Founded in 1906, Torino Distillati is located in Moncalieri, a small town near Torino, a place famous for its wine and spirits production. Run by the Vergnano family, which consists of Carlo, his wife Piera and their children Rita and Valter, and the two distillers Muni and Denis, the distillery always satisfies with consistently high-quality.
Lemons from Amalfi and Sicily give Malfy Gin its flavor
Travelers have always been inspired by the picturesque landscapes on their way through Italy. The bright yellow lemon trees symbolize Italy and underline the poetic view of the Mediterranean culture of the country. For Malfy Gin, only select fruits from Sicily and Amalfi are harvested for a fresh and citrus-rich taste that you will not be able to get enough of.
Delicate and fresh with juniper, coriander, cassia and angelica
The Torino Distillati uses Italian juniper and other botanicals such as coriander, angelica and cassia. There are also a further two, but these remain a secret of the distillery. This combination gives Malfy Gin a delicious finish and make it perfect for enjoying on ice. Malfy Gin also tastes unique in classic gin and tonic, in a Negroni or a Martini.
Fresh character, on ice and in cocktails
If you would like to mix Malfy Gin then we have a few suggestions for you. On the manufacturer's website, there are a few delicious recipes that can be easily copied at home. For the Malfy Martini you need Italian Vermouth and Malfy Gin in equal parts and a pretty martini glass. Fill a shaker with crushed ice and add the vermouth and Malfy gin. Stir everything for about 10 seconds quickly and then strain everything into the martini glass. A slice of lemon completes your Malfy Martini. Enjoy!
