took a five hour long law exam yesterday, got my groceries afterwards, rotted a minute with some fresh mint tea, slept in on a sunday, cleaned my appartement, did pilates, made breakfast, studied a little and met a friend for sunday tea. life is most enjoayble when there‘s a perfect balance of everything.

the greatest gift I gave to myself was the space to be my authentic self, nurturing and validating those parts of myself and letting myself be seen and loved for it.

had en evening walk with a close friend of mine and realized what love really is. true friendship is such a gift.

One of my favorite things about life is the constant change we experience as human beings. Within ourselves and therefore, all around us. Every few weeks, it feels like a new chapter unfolding. We can't fight it, almost pushed to evolve. Evolvement doesn't necessarily mean improvement. It never feels linear to me, only consecutive and sequential.

entering my birthday month, I feel so much appreciation for the younger versions of myself. getting older only made me realize that younger me was super cool, super capable and right about stuff all along.

things I love [from journal, jul 24] being out and about early and watching the world wake up, sudden change of plans that lead to little adventures, soltitude in the forest, buying flowers for someone else, moving my body, leaving the house without anything to hold but the keys, exchanging smiles and daily interactions with humans that I will probably never see again -
