if I was a tiktok influencer I'd make up a story that some dating site matched up two straight men who didn't know the other was a man until they met up in person. it turns out the site didn't have enough female users for all the straight men they had signed up, so they randomly matched them up and used an LLM to rewrite their messages to each other so that each of them thought the other one was a woman.

like, he types in:

"Hi, my name is brad, I'm a man from Hanford, Connecticut. my hobbies are drinking and football!"

and the other guy sees:

"Hi, my name is Sarah, I'm a woman from Hartford, Connecticut. My hobbies are knitting and hiking."

one of the clever bits about making Voices of the Voice an immersive sim is that it recontextualizes the usual immersive sim jank.

Since it already established itself as a spooky-but-kinda-goofy game, seeing your cleaning robot fling itself off the second floor balcony in the middle of the night makes perfect sense. it's either spooky or funny, depending on how serious you take it. it seems like something that might be programmed in on purpose!

Was it programmed in on purpose? Eh, if Skyrim did that we'd all be laughing at Todd Howard. And this game has way fewer programmers than Skyrim... I suspect that was just a glitch in the pathfinding, possibly caused by how the game moves the camera while you're sleeping.

But since this game already established that Weird Spooky Funny Shit will happen, it's fine. if it wasn't intentional, no on will ever guess it's a glitch.

Those shirts are totally different colors though, even accounting for lighting differences. Which means…not only does he have a special dislocated shoulder shirt, he has MULTIPLES of it. IN VARYING COLOR SCHEMES.

I think he plays racquetball, not tennis. And the one time we see him do it, he's not wearing that (probably because it would ruin the joke that Bashir is dressed like Captain Racquetball Spaceman)

But he also enjoys kayaking... and Memory Alpha calls this his "kayaking wetsuit".

So yeah. Right reason (this is his sport uniform, for his sport that often leads to shoulder injuries) but wrong sport.
