     Susan Margaret Carter is the daughter of George Harold Carter.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Cdr. Euan Michael Ross Geddes, 3rd Baron Geddes, son of Ross Campbell Geddes, 2nd Baron Geddes and Enid Mary Butler, on 7 September 1996.1
     Her married name became Hunter.1 After her marriage, Susan Margaret Carter was styled as Baroness Geddes on 7 September 1996. From 7 September 1996, her married name became Geddes.

     Margaret Kathleen Addis was born on 2 October 1908 at Hampstead, London, England.3,4 She was the daughter of Sir Charles Stewart Addis and Elizabeth Jane McIsaac.5 She married Lt.-Col. Hon. Alexander Campbell Geddes, son of Auckland Campbell Geddes, 1st Baron Geddes and Isabella Gamble Ross, on 1 August 1934.1 She and Lt.-Col. Hon. Alexander Campbell Geddes were divorced in 1964.1 She died on 22 October 2006 at age 98 at London, England.3,4
     She was educated at St. Felix School, Southwold, Suffolk, England.4 She was educated at Bedford College, London University, London, England.4 Her married name became Geddes.

     Sir Charles Stewart Addis was born on 23 November 1861 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2,3 He was the son of Reverend Thomas Addis and Robina Scott Thorburn.3 He married Elizabeth Jane McIsaac, daughter of James McIsaac and Elizabeth Watson, on 6 June 1894 at Ardossan, Ayrshire, Scotland.2,3 He died on 14 December 1945 at age 84 at Frant, Sussex, England.2,3
