     Robert Charles Graf Bentinck was born on 5 December 1875 at London, England^G.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Henry Charles Adolphus Frederick William Bentinck, 5th Graf Bentinck and Henrietta Eliza Cathcart McKerrell.² He married Lady Norah Ida Emily Noel, daughter of Charles William Francis Noel, 3rd Earl of Gainsborough and Mary Elizabeth Dease, on 8 September 1915.¹ He died on 12 March 1932 at age 56 at Ashwell, England^G.²
     He succeeded as the 6th Graf Bentinck [Holy Roman Empire, 1732] on 18 June 1903. He gained the rank of Captain in the Remount Service, during the First World War.²

     Lady Norah Ida Emily Noel was born on 4 January 1881 at Campden, Gloucestershire, England^G. She was the daughter of Charles William Francis Noel, 3rd Earl of Gainsborough and Mary Elizabeth Dease.¹ She married Robert Charles Graf Bentinck, son of Lt.-Col.      Timothy Charles Robert Noel Bentinck, 12th Earl of Portland was born on 1 June 1953 at Tasmania, Australia^G.¹ He is the son of Henry Noel Bentinck, 11th Earl of Portland and Pauline Ursula Mellowes.¹ He married Judith Ann Emerson, daughter of John Robert Emerson, on 8 September 1979.¹

     Ruth Mary St. Maur was born illegitimately on 27 October 1867.² She was the daughter of Edward Adolphus Ferdinand St. Maur, Earl St. Maur and Rosina Elizabeth Swan.^1,2 She married William George Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck, son of Rt. Hon. George Augustus Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck and Prudentia Penelope Leslie, on 8 August 1887.¹ She died on 28 January 1953 at age 85.¹
     Her married name became Cavendish-Bentinck.

     Rt. Hon. George Augustus Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck was born on 9 July 1821.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Lord Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck and Lady Mary Lowther.¹ He married Prudentia Penelope Leslie, daughter of Colonel Charles Powell Leslie and Christiana Fosbery, on 14 August 1850.² He died on 9 April 1891 at age 69.¹

     Prudentia Penelope Leslie was the daughter of Colonel Charles Powell Leslie and Christiana Fosbery.^1,2 She married Rt. Hon. George Augustus Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck, son of Maj.-Gen. Lord Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck and Lady Mary Lowther, on 14 August 1850.² She died on 22 June 1896.¹

     William George Cavendish-Bentinck was born on 6 March 1854.¹ He was the son of Rt. Hon. George Augustus Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck and Prudentia Penelope Leslie.¹ He married Elizabeth Livingston, daughter of Maturin Livingston, on 12 August 1880.¹ He died on 22 August 1909 at age 55 at Forest Farm, Windsor, Berkshire, England.^1,2
