Herbert Arthur Cozens-Hardy, 4th Baron Cozens-Hardy was born on 8 June 1907.1 He was the son of Edward Herbert Cozens-Hardy, 3rd Baron Cozens-Hardy and Gladys Lily Cozens-Hardy.1 He died in 1975.1
He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was educated at Worcester College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Norfolk in 1939.1 He was appointed Knight of Justice Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.J.St.J.) in 1951.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Norfolk in 1953.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Cozens-Hardy, of Letheringsett, co. Norfolk [U.K., 1914] on 22 October 1956.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1966.1 On his death, his title became extinct.2
