Hon. William Speke Philipps1

     Hon. William Speke Philipps was born on 17 September 1908.2 He was the son of Laurence Richard Philipps, 1st Baron Milford and Ethel Georgina Speke.1,2 He married Lady Jean Meriel McDonnell, daughter of Randal Mark Kerr McDonnell, 7th Earl of Antrim and Margaret Isabel Talbot, on 31 August 1939.1 He died on 5 September 1975 at age 66, as the result of an accident.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery (TA.)2 He gained the rank of Second World War in the where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He was chairman of National National Life Insurance Society.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1957.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Pembrokeshire in 1968.2

     Major Hon. James Perrott Philipps was born on 25 November 1905.2 He was the son of Laurence Richard Philipps, 1st Baron Milford and Ethel Georgina Speke.2 He married Hon. Elizabeth Joan Kindersley, daughter of Robert Molesworth Kindersley, 1st Baron Kindersley and Gladys Margaret Beadle, on 24 June 1930.1 He died on 22 September 1984 at age 78 at Newmarket, Cambridgeshire, England.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Christ Church College, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Second World War in the where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He gained the rank of Major in the TAR.2 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Suffolk in 1955.2
