Captain William Arthur Edward Boyd1

     Captain William Arthur Edward Boyd was born on 6 April 1845.1 He was the son of John Christian Curwen Boyd and Margaret Roberta Campbell.1 He married Lady Lilian Adelaide Katherine Mary Fitz-Clarence, daughter of William George Fitz-Clarence, 2nd Earl of Munster and Wilhelmina Kennedy-Erskine, on 17 January 1893.1 He died on 6 December 1931 at age 86.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Life Guards.1

George William Reginald Victor Coventry, 10th Earl of Coventry1

     George William Reginald Victor Coventry, 10th Earl of Coventry was born on 10 September 1900.1 He was the son of George William Coventry, Viscount Deerhurst and Virginia Lea Daniel.1 He married Hon. Nesta Donne Philipps, daughter of Owen Cosby Philipps, 1st and last Baron Kylsant and Mai Alice Magdalene Morris, on 17 September 1921.1 He died on 27 May 1940 at age 39 at Givenchy, FranceG, killed in action.1,2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Worcestershire Regiment.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Pembrokeshire.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Worcestershire.3 He succeeded as the 10th Viscount Deerhurst, of the hundred of Deerhurst, co. Gloucester [E., 1697] on 13 March 1930.1 He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Coventry [E., 1697] on 13 March 1930.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Worcestershire Yeomanry (Territorial Army.)3 He fought in the Second World War.1

Hon. Nesta Donne Philipps1

     Hon. Nesta Donne Philipps was born on 20 November 1903.2 She was the daughter of Owen Cosby Philipps, 1st and last Baron Kylsant and Mai Alice Magdalene Morris.1,3 She married, firstly, George William Reginald Victor Coventry, 10th Earl of Coventry, son of George William Coventry, Viscount Deerhurst and Virginia Lea Daniel, on 17 September 1921.1 She married, secondly, Major Terrance Vincent Fisher-Hoch, son of John Henry Fisher-Hoch, on 17 January 1953.1 She died on 29 April 1997 at age 93.4
     From 17 September 1921, her married name became Coventry. After her marriage, Hon. Nesta Donne Philipps was styled as Countess of Coventry on 13 March 1930. She gained the rank of Chief Commissioner in the Auxiliary Territorial Service, during the Second World War.4 She was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)4 From 17 January 1953, her married name became Fisher-Hoch. She held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Carmarthenshire in 1965.4

Nesta Donne Philipps.1 He married, firstly, Marie Farquhar Medart, daughter of William Sherman Medart, on 22 March 1955.1 He and Marie Farquhar Medart were divorced in 1963.1 He married, secondly, Ann Cripps, daughter of Frederick William James Cripps, on 5 December 1969.1 He and Ann Cripps were divorced in 1975.1 He married, thirdly, Valerie Ann Birch on 29 November 1980.1 He and Valerie Ann Birch were divorced in 1988.1 He married, fourthly, Rachel Wynne Mason, daughter of Jack Mason, on 4 July 1992.1 He died on 14 June 2002 at age 68.2

     Marie Farquhar Medart was the daughter of William Sherman Medart.2 She married George William Coventry, 11th Earl of Coventry, son of George William Reginald Victor Coventry, 10th Earl of Coventry and Hon. Nesta Donne Philipps, on 22 March 1955.2 She and George William Coventry, 11th Earl of Coventry were divorced in 1963.2 She died in 1998.1
     Marie Farquhar Medart also went by the nick-name of Mimi.1 After her marriage, Marie Farquhar Medart was styled as Countess of Coventry on 22 March 1955. From 22 March 1955, her married name became Coventry.
