Rachel Mary Wakefield1

     Rachel Mary Wakefield was the daughter of William Wakefield and Marianne Wavell.2 She married William Douglas Monro, son of James Monro, on 4 January 1900.1 She died on 28 June 1919.1
     From 4 January 1900, her married name became Monro.

     William Douglas Monro is the son of James Monro.2 He married Rachel Mary Wakefield, daughter of William Wakefield and Marianne Wavell, on 4 January 1900.1

     She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 She graduated with a Bachelor of Surgery (Ch.B.)1 She was Medical Officer between 1917 and 1918 at EMS Hospital, Omdurman, SudanG.1 She was Medical Officer in 1919 at Women's Civil Hospital, Basrah, Iraq.1
