     Richard d'Argentine was the son of Reginald d'Argentine.1 He died in 1246 at Holy Land.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Hertfordshire and Essex in 1224.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire.1 He held the office of Governor of the Castle of Hertford.1 He held the office of Steward of the Household in 1227, to King Henry III.1 In 1230 he went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land.1
