     Patience Dingwall-Fordyce was born on 29 January 1787 at Culsh, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of Arthur Dingwall-Fordyce and Janet Morison.1 She was baptised on 15 February 1787 at St. Nicholas, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 She married James Young on 27 November 1806 at St. Nicholas, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 She died on 21 March 1827 at age 40 at Rotterdam, The Netherlands.1
     From 27 November 1806, her married name became Young.1

     James Young was born on 30 April 1776 at Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 He married Patience Dingwall-Fordyce, daughter of Arthur Dingwall-Fordyce and Janet Morison, on 27 November 1806 at St. Nicholas, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 He died on 17 May 1834 at age 58.1
     He was Provost of Aberdeen between 1811 and 1815.1

     Thomas Dingwall-Fordyce was born on 7 April 1791 at Culsh, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 He was the son of Arthur Dingwall-Fordyce and Janet Morison.1 He married Margaret Hooper, daughter of Maj.-Gen. William Hooper, on 16 May 1818.1 He died on 7 December 1819 at age 28 at Dum-Dum, India.1
     He was he was given credit for the capture of Mauritius in 1810.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Bengal Artillery.1

     Margaret Hooper was born circa 1800.1 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. William Hooper.1 She married, firstly, Thomas Dingwall-Fordyce, son of Arthur Dingwall-Fordyce and Janet Morison, on 16 May 1818.1 She married, secondly, John Templeton after 1819.1 She died on 14 August 1830.1
     From 16 May 1818, her married name became Dingwall-Fordyce.1 From after 1819, her married name became Templeton.1
