     Mabel Ellen Parker was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Windsor Parker.² She married James Pearse Napier, 3rd Baron Napier of Magdala, son of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Anne Sarah Pearse, on 25 July 1876.¹ She died on 16 July 1907.¹
     From 25 July 1876, her married name became Napier.

     James Windsor Napier was born on 17 October 1882.¹ He was the son of James Pearse Napier, 3rd Baron Napier of Magdala and Mabel Ellen Parker.² He died on 11 January 1883.¹

     Hon. Gertrude Carrington Napier was the daughter of James Pearse Napier, 3rd Baron Napier of Magdala and Mabel Ellen Parker.² She died on 24 June 1937, unmarried.¹

     Hon. Mabel Alice Napier was the daughter of James Pearse Napier, 3rd Baron Napier of Magdala and Mabel Ellen Parker.² She died on 15 August 1938, unmarried.¹

     Clara Frances Napier was born on 19 December 1843.¹ She was the daughter of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Anne Sarah Pearse.² She died in June 1846 at age 2.¹

Henry Dundas Napier was born on 16 February 1864.¹ He was the son of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Mary Cecilia Scott.² He married Sybil Gurney, daughter of John Gurney and Isabel Charlotte Blake-Humfrey, on 11 November 1897.¹ He died on 13 November 1941 at age 77.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King's Own Scottish Borderers.¹ He fought in the Boxer Rebellion in 1900.¹ He was Military Attaché to Teheran between 1901 and 1902.¹ He was Military Attaché to St. Petersburg between 1903 and 1907.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1907.¹ He was Military Attaché to Sofia and Belgrade between 1908 and 1911.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the KGO Central India Horse.¹ He was Military Attaché to Sofia and Bucharest in 1914.¹ He was a POW in Austria between 1916 and 1917.¹ He was awarded the Order of St. Anne of Russia 2nd class.¹ He was British Mililtary Representative to Sofia between 1918 and 1919.¹

     John Gurney was born on 11 December 1845.² He is the son of John Gurney and Laura Elizabeth Pearse.^2,3 He married Isabel Charlotte Blake-Humfrey, daughter of Robert Blake-Humfrey, in 1871.³ He died on 24 February 1887 at age 41.²
     He lived at Ham House, Essex, England.⁴ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)⁴ He lived at Sprowston Hall, Norwich, Norfolk, England^G.⁴

     Colonel Arthur Henry Gurney Napier was born on 17 May 1900.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry Dundas Napier and Sybil Gurney.² He married Rosemary Evelyn Cator, daughter of Charles George Lumley Cator and Adeline Louisa Blois, on 15 April 1937.¹ He died on 19 February 1978 at age 77 at Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, England.^1,3
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1942.¹
