     Thomas Pellew Hoseason was born on 4 June 1804 at Fort St. George, Madras, India.1 He was the son of Thomas Hoseason and Angelica Cochrane.1 He died in 1807, at sea.1

     He lived at Hoveringham Hall, Nottinghamshire, England.1

Sir Joseph Nall, 1st Bt.1

     Sir Joseph Nall, 1st Bt. was born on 24 August 1887.1 He is the son of Joseph Nall and Annie Fernihough.2 He married Edith Elizabeth Francklin, daughter of Major John Liell Francklin and Hon. Alice Maude Jervis, on 17 August 1916.1 He died on 2 May 1958 at age 70.1
     He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for Hulme between 1918 and 1929.1 He was appointed Knight in 1924.1 He was president of the Institute of Transport between 1925 and 1926.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire in 1931.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Unionist) for Hulme between 1931 and 1945.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Nottinghamshire in 1932.1 He retired from the military in 1948, with the rank of Colonel, late of the Reserve of Officers.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire in 1952.1 He was created 1st Baronet Nall, of Hoveringham, co. Nottingham [U.K.] on 25 January 1954.1
