     Reverend Philip Whitefoord was born on 9 October 1850.1 He was the son of Reverend Caleb Whitefoord and Sarah Lambert.1 He married Gertrude Relton Harding, daughter of Thomas Harding and Maria Relton, on 16 May 1893.1 He died on 21 April 1935 at age 84.1
     He graduated from Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Rector between 1891 and 1899 at Whitton, Shropshire, EnglandG.1 He was a chaplain at Stuttgart, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.2 He was the Rector between 1909 and 1919 at Rand, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1
