     Rt. Hon. William Huskisson was born on 11 March 1770.3 He was the son of William Huskisson and Elizabeth Rotton.1,3 He married Elizabeth Emily Milbanke, daughter of Admiral Mark Milbanke, on 6 April 1799.3 He died on 15 September 1830 at age 60, when he was run over by a tain.3
     He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Morpeth between 1796 and 1802.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liskeard between 1804 and 1807.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Harwich between 1807 and 1812.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chichester between 1812 and 1823.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liverpool between 1823 and 1830.3 He held the office of Secretary of State for the Colonies between 1827 and 1828.3
