Sophia Beaumont was born on 25 September 1803.1 She was the daughter of Colonel Thomas Richard Beaumont and Diana Wentworth.1 She married Alexander Trensch, Baron de Buttlar Brandenfels.1 She died on 26 January 1849 at age 45.1

Janet Keith was the daughter of Sir William Keith of Galston.1 She married, firstly, Sir David Hamilton, 3rd of Cadzow, son of Sir David fitz Walter, 2nd of Cadzow and Margaret Ross, before 1370.1 She married, secondly, Sir Alexander Stewart, son of Sir Alexander Stewart, circa 1381.1
She was also known as Joan.2 From before 1370, her married name became Hamilton. From circa 1381, her married name became Stewart.

Elizabeth of Lennox was the daughter of Duncan, 8th Earl of Lennox and Helen Campbell.1 She married Sir John Stewart, 1st Seigneur d'Aubigny, son of Sir Alexander Stewart and Janet Keith, on 23 September 1406, by Papal dispensation.1 She died circa November 1429.2 She was buried circa November 1429 at Cathedral of Orléans, Orléans, Orléanais, FranceG.1

Sir Alan Stuart of Darnley was the son of Sir John Stewart, 1st Seigneur d'Aubigny and Elizabeth of Lennox.1 He married Catherine Seton, daughter of Sir William Seton of Seton and Janet Dunbar, circa 1429.2 He died before 9 July 1439, killed by Sir Thomas Boyd of Kilmarnock.3
He succeeded as the 2nd Seigneur d'Aubigny, in Berry [France, 1423] on 12 February 1428/29, although this is not certain, as he was not present in France until 1435, and was not described in 1437 as Seigneur d'Aubigny.1 He was Constable of the Scots troops in France in 1437.3 He fought in the Siege of of Montereau in 1437.3 He lived at Darnley, ScotlandG.2
