Agnes Fanny Searle1

     Agnes Fanny Searle was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. George Archimedes Searle.2 She married Sir Richard Carnac Temple, 2nd Bt., son of Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Temple, 1st Bt. and Charlotte Frances Martindale, on 18 March 1880.1 She died on 10 September 1943.1
     She was appointed Dame of Grace, Order of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)1 From 18 March 1880, her married name became Temple.

Sir Richard Durand Temple, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Richard Durand Temple, 3rd Bt. was born on 27 December 1880.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Carnac Temple, 2nd Bt. and Agnes Fanny Searle.2 He married, firstly, Katherine Marjorie Williams, daughter of Frederic de la Fontaine Williams, on 25 March 1912.1 He married, secondly, Marie Wanda Henderson, daughter of John Frederic Christian Henderson, on 31 August 1939.1 He died on 15 September 1962 at age 81.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches six times.1 He was commander of the 27th Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers.1 He gained the rank of, Lieutenant-Colonel in the 5th Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.1 He was Colonel of the Labour Corps, 1st Army, BEF.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Temple, of The Nash, Kempsey, co. Worcester [U.K., 1876] on 3 March 1931.1

Ethel Godiva Temple1

     Ethel Godiva Temple was born on 30 May 1882 at Bengal, India.2 She was the daughter of Sir Richard Carnac Temple, 2nd Bt. and Agnes Fanny Searle.3 She married Lt.-Cdr. Martin Robertson-Glasgow, son of Colonel John Campbell Robertson-Glasgow and Geraldine Butt, on 6 August 1910 at St. Stephen's Church, Hampstead, London, England.1,2 She died on 7 April 1958 at age 75 at London, England.1,2
     From 6 August 1910, her married name became Robertson-Glasgow.

     Lt.-Cdr. Martin Robertson-Glasgow was born on 1 March 1883.2 He was the son of Colonel John Campbell Robertson-Glasgow and Geraldine Butt.2 He married Ethel Godiva Temple, daughter of Sir Richard Carnac Temple, 2nd Bt. and Agnes Fanny Searle, on 6 August 1910 at St. Stephen's Church, Hampstead, London, England.1,3 He died on 27 July 1916 at age 33 at Somme, France, killed in action.1
     He was commissioned in 1898, in the service of the Royal Navy.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1906.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander.1 He lived at Salthaven, Kennel Ride, Ascot, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He fought in the he was court martialed for being drunk on board on 22 May 1915.3 He gained the rank of Private in the 23rd Battalion, Royal Fusiliers.3
