     Jacqueline Dundas Reid was born in 1956.3 She is the daughter of David Lorne Dundas Reid and Elizabeth Natt.3 She married David John MacRae Carnegie, 14th Earl of Northesk, son of Robert Andrew Carnegie, 13th Earl of Northesk and Jean Margaret MacRae, in 1979.3
     She was adopted by Elizabeth Natt and David Lorne Dundas Reid. Her married name became Carnegie. After her marriage, Jacqueline Dundas Reid was styled as Countess of Northesk in 1994.

     David Lorne Dundas Reid was born on 7 December 1938.1 He is the son of Admiral Sir John Peter Lorne Reid and Jean Dundas.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Natt, daughter of Adam Natt, on 20 June 1968.2 He and Elizabeth Natt were divorced in 1979.2 He married, secondly, Tedda Ann Webber, daughter of Albert Charles Webber, in 1979.2
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He adopted Jacqueline Dundas Reid.      Joan Ivy Wall was the daughter of Ernest Wall.1 She married Robert Charles Edgcumbe, 8th Earl of Mount Edgcumbe, son of George Aubrey Valletort Edgcombe and Meta Lhoyer, in 1960.1 She and Robert Charles Edgcumbe, 8th Earl of Mount Edgcumbe were divorced in 1988.1 She died on 8 August 2008.
     Her married name became Edgcumbe. After her marriage, Joan Ivy Wall was styled as Countess of Mount Edgcumbe on 9 December 1982.
