     Lewis Randle Starkey was born on 13 March 1836.2 He is the son of John Starkey and Sarah Anne Armitage.2 He married Constance Margarette Starkey, daughter of Thomas Starkey, on 5 May 1858.2 He died on 16 September 1910 at age 74.2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd West York Yeomanry Cavalry.2 He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) S Div W Riding in 1874.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire in 1891.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Norwood Park, Nottinghamshire, England.2

     Morey John Peter Starkey was born on 17 July 1916.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Henry Starkey and Phyllis Quayle Jones.2 He married Ann Pauline Jones, daughter of Lt.-Col. Victor Jones, on 20 April 1949.1 He died on 30 December 1974 at age 58.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Royal Dragoons.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Warwickshire in 1959.1 He held the office of General Commissioner of Income Tax in 1970.1
