     Janet Isabella Wedderburn was born on 2 October 1815 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. James Wedderburn and Isabella Clerk.³ She married James Hay Mackenzie in 1838.¹ She died in 1852.
