     Henry Pitcairn, 11th of Pitcairn and of Drongy was the son of Henry Pitcairn, 10th of Pitcairn and Forthar and Elizabeth Ramsay of Ramsay.1 He married Egidia Melville, daughter of William Melville, 3rd of Raith and Euphemia Lundie.1 He died on 9 September 1513 at Flodden Field, Northumberland, England, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Battle of Flodden on 9 September 1513.1

     Isabella Balfour was the daughter of Michael Balfour, 3rd of Montquhannie and Mariota Adamson.2 She married Henry Pitcairn, 15th of Pitcairn and Forthar, son of John Pitcairn, 14th of Pitcairn and Agnes Ayton, on 1 May 1586.1 She died after 1610.1
     From 1 May 1586, her married name became Pitcairn.1
