Hon. Sir Frederick Low was born on 21 November 1856.1 He was the son of Stephen Philpot Low and Hannah Austin.1 He married Katherine Eliza Thompson, daughter of Charles Thompson, on 28 June 1882.1 He died on 4 September 1917 at age 60.1
