     Anne Kirkbank was the daughter of William Kirkbank.2 She married John Lewthwaite, son of William Lewthwaite and Eleanor Cragg, on 18 May 1820.1 She died on 10 August 1857.
     She was also known as Nancy.1 From 18 May 1820, her married name became Lewthwaite.

Reverend Joseph Lewthwaite1

     Reverend Joseph Lewthwaite was born on 26 September 1834.1 He was the son of John Lewthwaite and Anne Kirkbank.2 He died on 7 February 1886 at age 51, unmarried.1
     He graduated from Christ's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Vicar between 1857 and 1858 at Kelstern, Lincolnshire, England.1

George Lewthwaite1

     George Lewthwaite was born on 29 August 1839.1 He was the son of John Lewthwaite and Anne Kirkbank.2 He married Margaret Atkinson, daughter of Christopher Atkinson, on 27 October 1864.1 He died on 13 June 1912 at age 72.1
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cumberland.1 He lived at Littlebank, Settle, Yorkshire, England.1

John Gilfrid Lewthwaite1

     John Gilfrid Lewthwaite was born on 5 July 1866.1 He was the son of George Lewthwaite and Margaret Atkinson.2 He married Annie Caroline Munro Murray, daughter of Dr. William Berkeley Murray, on 2 December 1902.1 He died on 5 May 1940 at age 73.1
     He was educated at Giggleswick Grammar School.1 He lived at Broadgate Farm, Sintaluta, Saskatchewan, Canada.1
