     Milo John Reginald Talbot, 7th Baron Talbot of Malahide was born on 1 December 1912.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Milo George Talbot and Eva Joicey.1 He died on 14 April 1973 at age 60, at sea, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was with the Diplomatic Service between 1937 and 1958.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Talbot of Malahide, and Lord Malahide of Malahide, co. Dublin [I., 1831] on 22 August 1948.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Talbot de Malahide, co. Dublin [U.K., 1856] on 22 August 1948.1 He was Head of Security, Foreign Office in 1953.1 He was Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Laos between 1954 and 1955.1 He held the office of Ambassador to Laos between 1955 and 1956.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1957.1 He was Director of Irish Investment Company Ltd.1 He was appointed Fellow, Linnean Society (F.L.S.) in 1968.1 On his death, his U.K. Barony expired.1
