Cleofa della Scala was the daughter of Cangrande II della Scala.1 She married Giammastino Visconti, son of Bernabò Visconti, Duca di Milano and Regina Beatrice della Scala.1 She died in 1403.1

She held the office of Member of the Flintshire County Council.1 She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.St.J.)1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Flintshire.1 After her marriage, Gwladys Julia Howard was styled as Baroness Kenyon on 30 November 1916.
