     Mary Miller Little was born on 1 March 1836 at Newcastleton, Roxburghshire, Scotland^G.² She was baptised on 7 September 1836 at Castleton, Roxburghshire, Scotland^G.² She married James Johnstone, son of Isabella Scott, on 4 December 1853 at Shielswood Farm, Ashkirk, Roxburghshire, Scotland^G.² She died on 30 April 1901 at age 65 at Mount Somers, Canterbury, New Zealand^G.² She was buried on 3 May 1901 at Mount Somers Cemetery, Mount Somers, Canterbury, New Zealand^G.²
     From December 1853, her married name became Johnstone.¹ She and James Johnstone emigrated along with their children to New Zealand^G arriving on 1863 on board Brother's Pride.¹

     Hon. Thomas Hedworth Jolliffe was born on 6 October 1900.¹ He was the son of Hylton George Hylton Jolliffe, 3rd Baron Hylton of Hylton and Lady Alice Adeliza Hervey.² He died on 14 September 1918 at age 17.¹

Sir Edmond Joly de Lotbinière, son of Brig.-Gen. Henri Gustave Joly de Lotbinière and Mildred Louisa Grenfell, on 16 October 1928.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Sir Edmond Joly de Lotbinière were divorced in 1937.¹ She married, secondly, W/Cdr. Hilary Beecham Duke-Woolley, son of Frederick Duke-Woolley, on 23 November 1938.¹ She and W/Cdr. Hilary Beecham Duke-Woolley were divorced in 1947.¹
     From 16 October 1928, her married name became Joly de Lotbinière. From 23 November 1938, her married name became Duke-Woolley.¹

     Sir George Marwood, 1st Bt. was born on 28 April 1601.¹ He married Frances Bethell, daughter of Sir Walter Bethell and Maria Slingsby, in 1625.¹ He died on 19 February 1679/80 at age 78.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Marwood.

     Lt.-Col. Sir Edmond Joly de Lotbinière is the son of Brig.-Gen. Henri Gustave Joly de Lotbinière and Mildred Louisa Grenfell.² He married Hon. Elizabeth Alice Cecilia Jolliffe, daughter of Hylton George Hylton Jolliffe, 3rd Baron Hylton of Hylton and Lady Alice Adeliza Hervey, on 16 October 1928.¹ He and Hon. Elizabeth Alice Cecilia Jolliffe were divorced in 1937.¹ He married Evelyn Adelaide Dawnay, daughter of Nigel William Dawnay and Daisy Rosalie Norman Dunnett, on 19 January 1954.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹ He lived at Horringer Manor, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England^G.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1964.¹

     Margaret Lambie was born at sea off the Cape of Good Hope on 25 October 1862.¹ She was the daughter of George Lambie and Elizabeth Stevenson.¹ She married Thomas Scott Johnstone, son of James Johnstone and Mary Miller Little, on 9 May 1879 at Mount Possession Station, Ashburton, New Zealand^G.¹ She died on 5 July 1930 at age 67 at New Zealand^G.¹ She was also reported to have died on 6 September 1930 at New Zealand^G.²
     She emigrated with his parents to Lyttleton, New Zealand^G, arriving on 1862 on board Chrysolite.¹ From 1879, her married name became Johnstone.¹

     Merlyn Mattiuzzo married Hamish William Anthony Mitchell Cotts, son of Major Sir Robert Chrichton Mitchell Cotts, 3rd Bt. and Barbara Mary Winifride Throckmorton, in 1995.¹
     From 1995, her married name became Cotts.¹

     Celandine Emma Maria Mitchell Cotts was born in 1996.¹ She is the daughter of Hamish William Anthony Mitchell Cotts and Merlyn Mattiuzzo.¹
