     Margaret Campbell was born on 19 June 1729 at Ardchattan, Argyllshire, Scotland^G.¹ She married Reverend John Macaulay. She died in 1790.¹
     Her married name became Macaulay.

     Hampden Grant Duff was born on 27 July 1874 at Great Hampden, Buckinghamshire, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Mountstuart Grant Duff and Anna Julia Webster.² He died on 4 January 1950 at age 75.²
