     Charles Morley was born on 13 October 1791 at Bombay, India.1 He was the son of James Morley and Dorothea Jarvis.1 He died on 3 November 1855 at age 64 at Winchester, Hampshire, England.1
     He was Accountant-General for the Honourable East India Company Service between 1829 and 1846.1 He lived at The Close, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1
