     Mary Ann Elsey was born on 28 December 1843 at Epsom, Surrey, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Elsey and Mary Baker. She married Thomas Wilson, son of John Wilson and Jane Blue, on 25 January 1866. She died on 6 October 1900 at age 56 at Whiteside County, Illinois, U.S.A.^G.¹
     From 25 January 1866, her married name became Wilson.

     Nelle Clyde Wilson was born on 24 July 1883 at Clyde Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, U.S.A.^G.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Wilson and Mary Ann Elsey. She married John Edward Reagan, son of John Michael Reagan and Jennie Cusick, on 8 November 1904 at St. Emanuel's CAtholic Church, Fulton, Whiteside County, Illinois, U.S.A.¹ She died on 24 July 1962 at age 79 at Santa Monica, California, U.S.A.¹
     From 8 November 1904, her married name became Reagan.

He and Sarah Jane Fulks were divorced in 1949.³ He married, secondly, Anne Frances Robbins, daughter of Kenneth Robbins and Edith Luckett, on 4 March 1952.³ He died on 20 January 1989 at age 77.³
     He became Michael Edward Reagan's adoptive father.³ He held the office of President of the United States between 1980 and 1988. He won the 1980 election over president Jimmy Carter and John Anderson by a popular vote of 43,899,248 to 35,481,435 and 5,719,437, and an electoral vote of 489 to 49 and 0. He was reelected in 1984 over Walter F. Mondale by a popular vote of 54,450,603 to 37,573,671 and an electoral vote of 525 to 13. His successor George Bush was his vice-president during both terms. He was an actor
before he became a public official. He was shot on March 30, 1981 by John W. Hinckley Jr., but recovered within two months.
