     Mary Boyd Dunlop is the son of Sir Thomas Dunlop, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Euphemia Mitchell.²

     Margaret Mitchell was the daughter of Peter Mitchell.² She married Sir Thomas Dunlop, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Dunlop and Robina Jack, on 19 October 1893.¹ She died on 12 May 1952.¹
     From 19 October 1893, her married name became Dunlop.

     William Beckett was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He lived at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was a practising solicitor.¹

     Mary Elizabeth Beckett is the daughter of William Beckett.² She married Sir Thomas Dunlop, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Dunlop, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Euphemia Mitchell, on 28 June 1911.¹
     From 28 June 1911, her married name became Dunlop.

     Sir Thomas Dunlop, 3rd Bt. was born on 11 April 1912.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Dunlop, 2nd Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Beckett.² He married Adda Mary Alison Smith, daughter of T. Arthur Smith, on 15 October 1947.¹ He died on 18 August 1999 at age 87.¹
     He was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He was educated in 1932 at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He was partner of Thomas Dunlop and Sons, shipowners and insurance brokers between 1938 and 1986.¹ He fought in the Second World War.² He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Signals.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Dunlop, of Woodborune, co. Renfrew [U.K., 1916] on 8 March 1963.¹ He was a chartered accountant.²

     William Beckett Dunlop was born on 6 March 1915.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Dunlop, 2nd Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Beckett.² He married Charmian Katherine Chauncy Speirs, daughter of Colonel Gavin Charteris Towers Speirs, on 22 April 1947.¹ He died on 15 October 1970 at age 55.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.² He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.¹ He was a practising solicitor in 1947.²

     Colonel Gavin Charteris Towers Speirs was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Charmian Katherine Chauncy Speirs is the daughter of Colonel Gavin Charteris Towers Speirs.² She married William Beckett Dunlop, son of Sir Thomas Dunlop, 2nd Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Beckett, on 22 April 1947.¹
     From 22 April 1947, her married name became Dunlop. She lived in 2003 at 66 Novar Drive, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹
