     David William Astley Birtwistle was born in 1926.¹ He was the son of James Astley Birtwistle and Mary Muriel Marwood.¹ He died in 1998.¹

     Henrietta Anna Sophia di Modena was born on 27 May 1702. She was the daughter of Rinaldo III d'Este, Duca di Modena and Charlotte Felicitas Herzogin von Braunschweig-Lüneburg. She married Antonio Farnese, Duca di Parma, son of Rainuzzio II Farnese, Duca di Parma and Maria d'Este, Principessa di Modena, in 1728. She married Leopold von Hessen-Darmstadt, son of Philip von Hessen-Darmstadt and Marie Ernestine de Croy d'Havré, in 1740. She died on 30 November 1777 at age 75.

     Leopold von Hessen-Darmstadt was born in 1708. He was the son of Philip von Hessen-Darmstadt and Marie Ernestine de Croy d'Havré. He married Henrietta Anna Sophia di Modena, daughter of Rinaldo III d'Este, Duca di Modena and Charlotte Felicitas Herzogin von Braunschweig-Lüneburg, in 1740. He died in 1764.

     Marie Ernestine de Croy d'Havré was born in 1673. She married Philip von Hessen-Darmstadt, son of Ludwig VI Landgraf von Hessen-Darmstadt and Elisabeth Dorothea Prinzessin von Sachsen-Gotha. She died in 1714.

     Benedetta Ernestina Maria di Modena was born on 18 August 1697. She was the daughter of Rinaldo III d'Este, Duca di Modena and Charlotte Felicitas Herzogin von Braunschweig-Lüneburg. She died on 17 September 1777 at age 80.

     Marie Anne de Condé was born on 16 October 1697. She was the daughter of Louis III de Bourbon, Prince de Condé and Louise Françoise de Bourbon. She died on 11 August 1741 at age 43.
