Thomas Bullen1

     Thomas Bullen was born circa 1757.1 He was the son of William Bullen and Christian Barter.2 He died circa December 1827.1 He was buried on 9 December 1827.1
     He was commissioned in 1777, in the service of the 67th Foot. He gained the rank of Captain in 1782 in the King's Irish Infantry (103rd Foot.)1 He held the office of Burgess of Kinsale in 1783.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Corps of Invalida (Ireland.)1

Robert Munro1

     He is said to be of the Hayes family of Ballynabamey.1

Catherine Quindan1

     Catherine Quindan was born circa 1777.1 She married William Bullen, son of William Bullen and Christian Barter, on 14 July 1795.1 She died in December 1850.1
     From 14 July 1795, her married name became Bullen.

William Bullen1

     William Bullen was baptised on 25 October 1796.1 He was the son of William Bullen and Catherine Quindan.2 He died on 29 July 1879 at age 82.1
     He was a practising Solicitor in 1818.1 He was Joint Editor (with J. S. Brewer) of the Carew Papers in 1864.1

Dennis Brennan Bullen1

     Dennis Brennan Bullen was baptised on 21 June 1802.1 He was the son of William Bullen and Catherine Quindan.2 He married Ellen Maria Power, daughter of Richard Power and Frances Roche, on 29 November 1827.1 He died in March 1866 at age 63.1
     He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Surgeons, London (L.R.C.S.) in 1823.1 He was Surgeon at Cork North Infirmary, Cork, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He was Inspector of Anatomy for Munster.1 He was Professor of Chemistry in 1828 at Cork Royal Institute, Cork, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He was Dean of Faculty of Medicine in 1849 at Queen's College, Cork, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He was Professor of Surgery between 1849 and 1864 at Queen's College, Cork, County Cork, IrelandG.1

Edward Bullen1

     Edward Bullen was baptised on 13 February 1805.1 He was the son of William Bullen and Catherine Quindan.2 He died on 19 November 1866 at age 61, unmarried.1
     He was admitted to King's Inn in 1828.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, in 1832 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Secretary of the Royal Agricultural Society of Ireland between 1844 and 1851.1 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.1 He was admitted to Gray's Inn in 1852.1
