     Edward Pakenham Alderson was the son of Sir Edward Hall Alderson and Georgina Drewe.2 He married Mildred Anne Cradock-Hartopp, daughter of Sir William Edmund Cradock-Hartopp, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mary Keane, on 12 September 1868.2 He died on 3 December 1876, without issue.1

     Sir Francis Edward Scott, 2nd/3rd Bt. was born on 25 February 1824.2 He was the son of Sir Edward Dolman Scott, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Juliana Bateman.2 He married Mildred Anne Cradock-Hartopp, daughter of Sir William Edmund Cradock-Hartopp, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mary Keane, on 5 January 1854.1 He died on 21 November 1863 at age 39.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bateman, of Hartington Hall, co. Derby [U.K., 1806] on 25 February 1824.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Scott, of Great Barr [U.K., 1806] on 27 December 1851.1

     Bettine Ariana Curtis was born on 20 December 1898.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Michael Curtis, 4th Bt. and Georgina Mary Howard.2,1 She married, firstly, John William Robert Elphinstone, son of John Elphinstone of Glack and Emma Eliza Betham, in 1924.2 She and John William Robert Elphinstone were divorced in 1931.2 She married, secondly, Captain Henry Brierley, son of J. W. Brierley, on 22 October 1931.1 She died on 5 May 1969 at age 70, leaving issue.1
     From 1924, her married name became Elphinstone.2 From 22 October 1931, her married name became Brierley.1

     Sir William Michael Curtis, 4th Bt. was born on 11 November 1859.2 He was the son of William Edmund Curtis and Emily Ariana Master.3 He married, firstly, Mabel Gurney, daughter of Sir Somerville Arthur Gurney and Katherine Sarah Hamond, on 14 April 1887.2 He married, secondly, Georgina Mary Howard, daughter of Colonel John Stanley Howard, on 16 October 1895.2 He died on 19 December 1916 at age 57.2
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Curtis, of Cullands Grove, Middlesex [U.K., 1802] on 7 November 1870.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire.2 He was Adjutant and Quartermaster of the Royal Defence Corps.2
