     Edward James Stopford-Blair was born on 3 February 1826.1 He was the son of Colonel William Henry Stopford-Blair and Mira Sophia Bull.1 He married Elizabeth Letitia Morgan Tighe, daughter of Very Rev. Hugh Ussher Tighe and Anne Florence McClintock, on 22 June 1853.1 He died on 17 September 1875 at age 49, without issue.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He lived at Penninghame House, Wigtownshire, ScotlandG.1

     Elizabeth Letitia Morgan Tighe was the daughter of Very Rev. Hugh Ussher Tighe and Anne Florence McClintock.1,2 She married Edward James Stopford-Blair, son of Colonel William Henry Stopford-Blair and Mira Sophia Bull, on 22 June 1853.1 She died on 25 February 1906.1
     From 22 June 1853, her married name became Stopford-Blair.1

Very Rev. Hugh Ussher Tighe1

     Very Rev. Hugh Ussher Tighe was born in February 1802.2 He married Anne Florence McClintock, daughter of John McClintock and Lady Elizabeth Trench, on 21 April 1828.3 He died on 11 August 1874 at age 72.2
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)3 He held the office of Dean of Derry.1

     Elizabeth Ellen Stopford-Blair was born on 16 May 1829 at St. Lukes, Old Charlton, Kent, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Colonel William Henry Stopford-Blair and Mira Sophia Bull.1 She married Edward Heron-Maxwell-Blair of Teviot Bank, son of Lt.-Gen. Sir John Shaw Heron-Maxwell of Springkell, 4th Bt. and Mary Heron, on 20 October 1847.1 She died on 28 June 1901 at age 72.1
     From 20 October 1847, her married name became Heron-Maxwell.1

     Edward Heron-Maxwell-Blair of Teviot Bank was born on 2 March 1821 at Kirkpatrick, Fleming, Dumfries-shire, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir John Shaw Heron-Maxwell of Springkell, 4th Bt. and Mary Heron.3 He married Elizabeth Ellen Stopford-Blair, daughter of Colonel William Henry Stopford-Blair and Mira Sophia Bull, on 20 October 1847.1 He died on 4 September 1890 at age 69.2
     He was given the name of Edward Heron-Maxwell at birth.1 He lived at Teviot Bank, Roxburgh, Roxburghshire, ScotlandG.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1

     Commander Robert Neville Stopford was born on 4 July 1888.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Robert Wilbraham Stopford and Ethelreda Neville-Grenville.1 He married Ursula Ebblewhite, daughter of Ernest Arthur Ebblewhite, on 4 June 1919.1 He and Ursula Ebblewhite were divorced in 1948.1 He died on 3 November 1949 at age 61, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was awarded the Order of the Brilliant Jade of China.1
