Hon. Hugh Terence de Burgh Bingham was born on 31 December 1885.1 He was the son of John George Barry Bingham, 5th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook and Matilda Catherine Maude Ward.2 He married Dorothea Minnie Sinclair, daughter of John Alexander Sinclair, on 2 November 1912.1 He died on 18 July 1946 at age 60.1
Hon. Hugh Terence de Burgh Bingham usually went by his middle name of Terence.1 He was Chief Engineer in the Indian Service of Engineers.1 He was registered as a Associate Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (A.M.I.C.E.)1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918, in the Indian Defence Force.1
