     Winifred Knapp was the daughter of John Knapp. She married Edward Burtenshaw Sugden, 1st Baron St. Leonards, son of Richard Sugden and Charlotte Burtenshaw, on 23 December 1808.¹ She died on 19 May 1861.¹
     Her married name became Sugden. After her marriage, Winifred Knapp was styled as Baroness St. Leonards on 1 March 1852.

     Barbara Chiffinch was born in 1663.² She was the daughter of William Chiffinch.¹ She married Edward Villiers, 1st Earl of the Island of Jersey, son of Sir Edward Villiers and Lady Frances Howard, on 17 December 1681.¹ She died before 13 December 1735.¹
     After her marriage, Barbara Chiffinch was styled as Viscountess Villiers of Dartford on 17 December 1681. From 17 December 1681, her married name became Villiers. After her marriage, Barbara Chiffinch was styled as Countess of the Island of Jersey on 13 October 1697.

     William Chiffinch was born in 1602.² He died in 1688.²
     He held the office of Page to King Charles II.² He held the office of Closet Keeper to King Charles II.¹

     Judith Herne was the daughter of Frederick Herne.¹ She married William Villiers, 2nd Earl of the Island of Jersey, son of Edward Villiers, 1st Earl of the Island of Jersey and Barbara Chiffinch, on 22 March 1704/5.² She died on 22 July 1735.²
     Her married name became Villiers. After her marriage, Judith Herne was styled as Countess of the Island of Jersey on 25 August 1711.

     Dorothy Widdrington was the daughter of Shallcross FitzHerbert Widdrington.¹ She married Edward Grey, 1st Viscount Grey of Fallodon, son of Lt.-Col. George Henry Grey and Harriet Jane Pearson, on 20 October 1885.¹ She died on 4 February 1906, without issue.¹
     Her married name became Grey.

     Admiral Frederick Augustus Maxse was born on 13 April 1833.¹ He was the son of James Maxse and Lady Caroline FitzHardinge Berkeley.¹ He married Cecilia Steel, daughter of Colonel James Steel and Adelaide Charlotte Christina Tremamondo, in March 1862 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.² He died on 25 June 1900 at age 67 at 2 South Place, Knightsbridge, London, England^G.²
     He gained the rank of Admiral in the Royal Navy.¹ He and Cecilia Steel were Separation in 1877.² He lived at Dunley Hill, Surrey, England^G.

     George Edward Gascoyne-Cecil was born on 9 September 1895.¹ He was the son of Colonel Lord Edward Herbert Gascoyne-Cecil and Violet Georgina Maxse.¹ He died on 1 September 1914 at age 18, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.¹

     Helen Mary Gascoyne-Cecil was born on 11 May 1901.² She was the daughter of Colonel Lord Edward Herbert Gascoyne-Cecil and Violet Georgina Maxse.^1,2 She married Alexander Henry Louis Hardinge, 2nd Baron Hardinge of Penhurst, son of Charles Hardinge, 1st Baron Hardinge of Penhurst and Hon. Winifred Selina Sturt, on 8 February 1921.¹ She died in 1979.¹
     Her married name became Hardinge. After her marriage, Helen Mary Gascoyne-Cecil was styled as Baroness Hardinge of Penhurst on 2 August 1944.

     Lady Margaret Evelyn Gathorne-Hardy was the daughter of Gathorne Gathorne-Hardy, 1st Earl of Cranbrook and Jane Orr.¹ She married George Joachim Goschen, 2nd Viscount Goschen, son of George Joachim Goschen, 1st Viscount Goschen and Lucy Dalley, on 26 January 1893.¹ She died on 11 July 1943.¹
     She was appointed Lady of Grace, Order of St. John of Jerusalem (L.G.St.J.)² Her married name became Goschen. She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)¹ She was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Gold Medal.¹ She was awarded the Imperial Order of the Crown of India (C.I.)¹ After her marriage, Lady Margaret Evelyn Gathorne-Hardy was styled as Viscountess Goschen on 7 February 1907.

     Lady Mary Leslie was born in 1620. She was the daughter of John Leslie, 6th Earl of Rothes and Lady Anne Erskine.^1,3 A contract for the marriage of Lady Mary Leslie and Hugh Montgomerie, 7th Earl of Eglinton was signed on 24 December 1635.⁴
     From 24 December 1635, her married name became Montgomerie. After her marriage, Lady Mary Leslie was styled as Countess of Eglinton on 7 January 1660/61.
