     Major Archibald Campbell was the son of Patrick Campbell, 4th of Barcaldine and Lucy Cameron.2 He died in 1755.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the 43rd Regiment.1

     General Allan Campbell was the son of Patrick Campbell, 4th of Barcaldine and Lucy Cameron.2 He died on 13 November 1794.1
     He fought in the Battle of Prestonpans, where he was captured.1 He gained the rank of Subaltern in the Black Watch.1 He gained the rank of Brevet-Colonel in the 36th Foot.1 He gained the rank of General.1

     John Campbell of Achalader was baptised on 13 March 1715 at Killin, Perthshire, Scotland.2 He is the son of John Campbell of Achalader and Katherine Cameron.2 He married Isabella Campbell, daughter of Patrick Campbell, 4th of Barcaldine and Lucy Cameron, circa 1750 at Barcaldine, Ardchattan, Argyllshire, Scotland.2 He died on 15 August 1791 at age 76.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)3 He lived at Achalader, Perthshire, ScotlandG.3

     Mary Campbell is the daughter of Patrick Campbell, 4th of Barcaldine and Lucy Cameron.2 She married Alexander 'Dubh' Macdougall, 23rd of Dunollie and of Lorn, son of John Macdougall, 22nd of Dunollie and of Lorn and Mary MacDonald, in 1737.2
     From 1737, her married name became MacDougall.1

     Alexander 'Dubh' Macdougall, 23rd of Dunollie and of Lorn is the son of John Macdougall, 22nd of Dunollie and of Lorn and Mary MacDonald.2 He married Mary Campbell, daughter of Patrick Campbell, 4th of Barcaldine and Lucy Cameron, in 1737.1 He died in 1801.1
     In 1746 he built a new house at Dunollie.1
