     Oliver Peter Ramsbotham, 4th Viscount Soulbury was born on 27 October 1943.1 He is the son of Peter Edward Ramsbotham, 3rd Viscount Soulbury and Frances Marie Massie Blomfield.2 He married Meredith Anne Jones, daughter of Brian Jones, on 4 September 1965.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Soulbury, of Soulbury, co. Buckingham [U.K., 1954] in 2010. He succeeded as the 4th Baron Soulbury, of Soulbury, co. Buckingham [U.K., 1941] in 2010.

     Edward Herbert Jessel, 2nd Baron Jessel was born on 25 March 1904.1 He was the son of Herbert Merton Jessel, 1st Baron Jessel and Maud Goldsmid.1,3 He married, firstly, Lady Helen Maglona Vane-Tempest-Stewart, daughter of Charles Stewart Henry Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 7th Marquess of Londonderry and Hon. Edith Helen Chaplin, on 14 February 1935.3 He and Lady Helen Maglona Vane-Tempest-Stewart were divorced in 1960.3 He married, secondly, Jessica Marian de Wet, daughter of William de Taylor, on 20 December 1960.1 He died on 13 June 1990 at age 86.1
     He held the office of Deputy Chairman of Committees and Deputy Speaker, House of Lords.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1925 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1926 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Jessel, of Westminster, co. London [U.K., 1924] on 1 November 1950.3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Jessel, of Westimnster, co. London [U.K., 1917] on 1 November 1950.3 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1963.1

Timothy Edward Jessel was born on 23 December 1935.1 He was the son of Edward Herbert Jessel, 2nd Baron Jessel and Lady Helen Maglona Vane-Tempest-Stewart.1,3 He married, firstly, Janet Ursula Calliope Smith, daughter of Maurice Winnington Smith and Joan Mary Micklem, on 8 June 1961.1 He and Janet Ursula Calliope Smith were divorced in 1964.1 He married, secondly, Jill Elizabeth Powell, daughter of George Alexander Powell, on 26 August 1965.1 He died on 27 December 1969 at age 34.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Horse Guards (The Blues.)1 He was director of Timeward Investments and Timeward Electric Ltd.1
