     Reverend Adam Stevenson Gordon was born on 27 November 1831.1 He was the son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete.1 He married Julia Isabella Baugh, daughter of Reverend W. J. Baugh, on 11 August 1869.1 He died on 7 July 1912 at age 80.1

     Julia Isabella Baugh was the daughter of Reverend W. J. Baugh.1 She married Reverend Adam Stevenson Gordon, son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete, on 11 August 1869.1 She died on 9 February 1892.1
     From 11 August 1869, her married name became Gordon.1

     Colonel James Henry Gordon was born posthumously on 25 January 1839.1 He was the son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete.1 He married Arabella Hewit Sams, daughter of Charles Hewit Sams, on 28 January 1869.1 He died in 1920.1
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Indian Army.1 He was commanding officer of the 23rd Madras Light Infantry in 1885.1 He fought in the Third Burma War between 1885 and 1887, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1895.1

Arabella Hewit Sams1

     Arabella Hewit Sams was the daughter of Charles Hewit Sams.1 She married Colonel James Henry Gordon, son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete, on 28 January 1869.1 She died on 27 March 1919.1
     From 28 January 1869, her married name became Gordon.1

     Colonel George Hamilton Gordon was born on 29 March 1875.1 He was the son of Colonel James Henry Gordon and Arabella Hewit Sams.1 He married Mary Louise Stanley Parsons, daughter of H. Stanley Parsons, on 3 March 1908.1 He died on 9 May 1961 at age 86.1
     He was educated at United Services College, Westward Ho!, Devon, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Artillery.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.1
