     Arthur Lutley Sclater was born on 24 September 1873.¹ He was the son of Philip Lutley Sclater and Jane Anne Eliza Hunter Blair.¹ He married Mabel Frances Clifton Clough, daughter of Reverend John Clough, on 5 August 1911.¹ He died on 2 May 1922 at age 48 at Zimbabwe^G.¹

     Mabel Frances Clifton Clough was the daughter of Reverend John Clough.¹ She married Arthur Lutley Sclater, son of Philip Lutley Sclater and Jane Anne Eliza Hunter Blair, on 5 August 1911.¹ She died on 9 September 1919.¹
     From 5 August 1911, her married name became Sclater.¹

     Reverend John Clough lived at Wilford Rectory, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹

     John George Alexander Leishman, Jr. was born on 16 January 1887 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.^G.¹ He was the son of John George Alexander Leishman and Julia Crawford.¹ He was baptised on 1 April 1888 at St. Stephen Episcopal Church, Sewickley, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.^G.¹ He married, firstly, Elizabeth Hélène Gardner Demarest, daughter of Warren Gardner Demarest and Elizabeth Charlotte Applegate, on 18 September 1911 at The Episcopal Church, Cadenabbia, Lake Como, Italy^G.¹ He and Elizabeth Hélène Gardner Demarest were divorced in 1917.¹ He married, secondly, Anna Pauline Verelpen after 1924.¹ He died on 2 January 1942 at age 54 at Paris, France^G.¹
     John George Alexander Leishman, Jr. also went by the nick-name of Jack.¹ He adopted Jacqueline Boucard. On 14 July 1902 he almost drowned while swimming in the Bosphorus, but was rescued by Sir Walter George Windham.¹
