Charles Robert Claude Wilde, 2nd Baron Truro of Bowes was born on 1 November 1816 at London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Thomas Wilde, 1st Baron Truro of Bowes and Mary Wileman.2,1 He married Lucy Ray, daughter of Robert Ray, on 12 June 1838 at Edmonton, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 27 March 1891 at age 74 at Rome, ItalyG, suddenly, from heart disease, without issue.1 He was buried on 21 April 1891 at Lee, Kent, EnglandG.1
