     Konstantin Pavlovich Romanov, Grand Duke of Russia was born on 8 May 1779 [27 Apr 1779 O.S.] at Tsarskoie Selo, RussiaG.3 He was the son of Pavel I Petrovich Romanov, Tsar of Russia and Sophia Dorothea Prinzessin von Württemberg.4 He married, firstly, Juliana Henriette Ulrike Prinzessin von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld, daughter of Franz I Friedrich Anton Herzog von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld and Auguste Karoline Sophie Gräfin Reuss zu Lobenstein und Ebersdorf, on 26 February 1796 [15 Feb 1796 O.S.] at St. Petersburg, RussiaG.3 He and Juliana Henriette Ulrike Prinzessin von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld were divorced on 20 March 1820.5 He married, secondly, Joanna Grudna-Grudzinska, Princess Lowicz, daughter of Anton Grudna-Grudzinski, Prince Lowicz, on 24 May 1820.3 He died on 27 June 1831 [15 Jun 1831 O.S.] at age 52 at VitbeskG.3
     He gained the title of Grand Duke Konstantin Pavlovich of Russia.5 He and Josephine Friedrichs were associated circa 1807.

     She was a member of the House of Hohenlohe.1
